Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and setting up meetings.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
